This project required a complete restructure of the hotel’s existing space.
This hotel is renowned as a landmark in downtown Ottawa, and it needed to be able to offer the upscale amenities, accommodations, and services that reflect the capital’s magnificence.
This project needed to be completed within a short timeframe as little impact to hotel customers as possible. Including, to facilitate the requirements for the existing hotel customers.
The cafe that is located on the main floor of the hotel required a facelift so that its decor and menu better reflected the luxury image of the hotel and thus attract more guests.
The client narrowed their hotel’s visitor demographic down and needed to target service delivery to reflect this shift.
Designed and managed the construction of a new restaurant on location on behalf of the client.
Removed different levels of seating, rebuilt the walls and support structures, and installed new upscale furnishings.
Determined and implemented a restaurant and catering service that easily exceeded hotel guests’ expectations.
Our team kept the kitchen open for walk-in and hotel guests throughout the renovations so as not to disturb the flow of customers.
Conducted a market analysis to determine what the hotel’s guests needed and pinpoint emerging hotel dining trends.
Due to these changes, the hotel’s average monthly sales are now 136% of pre-renovated sales figures and their annual profits have surpassed expectations.
